Abstract
Objective:To observe the relationship between the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction and glycemia of these patients. Methods: The clinical data of 136 cases with cerebral infarction were analysed retrospectively. Results: The cases with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperglycemia were 28(20.6%) .The degree of neurologic function loss in cases with hyperglycemia was much severer than that of normal glycemia. The cure rate in cases with hyperglycemia was much lower than that of normal glycemia. ConchKian: Hyperglycemia is closely associated with the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction. The glycemia levels of the patients with cerebral infarction may be helpful for evaluating the clinical symptoms and prognosis.
