Methods Of this medicine to our hospital in January 2003 to December 2006 hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction 150 cases studied in hospital the following morning fasting blood glucose testing and its relationship with the severity and prognosis.Results Died of acute cerebral infarction in patients with stress caused by high blood sugar,high blood glucose group neurological defect.The mortality was significantly higher than that of non -hyperglycemia group,and prognosis was poor,statistically significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral infarction exist stress response in patients with acute cerebral infarction stress hyperglycemia.as acute cerebral infarction disease,the prognosis of one of the indicators.
