Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of combined detection of serum CEA、CYFRA21-1、and NSE in patients with lung cancer. Methods:Serum CEA、CYFRA21-1、 and NSE levels were determined by electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay in 30 patients with lung cancer,30 patients with benign pulmonary diseases. Results:The serum levels of CEA、 CYFRA21-1、and NSE in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those with benign lung diseases(P 0.01). The positive rate of combined detection of serum CEA、CYFRA21-1、 and NSE in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that of serum CEA、CYFRA21-1、 and NSE levels ,separately. Conclusion:Combined determination of serum levels of CEA、 CYFR21-1、and NSE in lung cancers is helpful to improving the sensitivity and specificity in early diagnosis.
