Research on integration model of quality function development and axiomatic design

Aiming at the characteristics of possessing complementary advantages between development of quality function and axiomatic design,the integration model of development of quality function and axiomatic design has been put forward.The structure of integration model and its implementation process were studied concretely.Utilizing the Z font mapping method and independent axiom in the axiomatic design this integration model supervised the establishment of quality room thus satisfied the view point of parallel designing requirements and avoided doing poorly done work over again or discard it as worthless.And then shortened the developing period of products,lowered the cost and enhanced the quality of products.At the same,the development of quality function and the working mechanism of axiomatic designing integration model were expounded by means of concrete cases.
