Abstract
Along with the progress and development of modern society and people's awareness of health,more and more hospitals are to carry out high-quality nursing.First,high-quality nursing requires nurses not only to change from the ideological concepts,superb specialist nursing skills and solid theoretical foundation,but also to create the warm and comfortable ward environment for the patients in order to fully reflect the nursing philosophy patient-oriented,care and quality of service as the core,patients' satisfaction for the purpose.
