Abstract

Today,in the direction of modern nursing view,the new nursing status should be built.So nursing staffs should have not only the foundation of medical theory but also other abilities,for example,the ability of research and management,the knowledge of computer,and so on.In addition,it is also important to increase the quality of nursing and the management of nursing-economics.
