Abstract
Objective To explore the community intervention on the blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes and the effect of.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group patients give community intervention,the control group was given the general management,observe two groups of patients blood sugar control.Results the experimental group of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood sugar 2h was significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes through community interventions can rise to change the way of life,role of glycemic control.
