Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of community intervention to diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 100 cases of DM were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine therapy was performed in the two groups, and in observation group, variant community intervention measures were utilized. Results After intervention of one year, the awareness of DM knowledge and medication compliance were higher than control group(P0.05),and fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and incidence of complications were lower(P0.05).Conclusion Community intervention might be helpful for the therapy of DM and decreasing the incidence of complications.
