100 patients with treatment of chronic bronchitis patients

Objective 100 cases of chronic bronchitis patients experience were discussed.Methods From may 2006 to may 2009 in our hospital in patients with chronic bronchitis study of 100 cases.50 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 50 patients,treated them separately.Results 50 cases,the effective(significantly reduced symptoms compared with before treatment) 26 patients(52%),effective(symptoms alleviated) 20 patients(40%),invalid(no improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment) and 4(8%),efficiency 92%;the control group,50 cases were cured,21 cases(42%),effective in 19 cases(38%),ineffective in 10 cases(20%) was 80%.The therapeutic effect of the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Observation group during and after discontinuation of treatment without adverse reaction;the control group occurred in 2 cases of liver damage,stomach damage in 3 cases,1 case of nausea,hypotension in 2 cases,sinus bradycardia in 1 case.Conclusion The hydrochloride injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis a significant effect,the basic adverse reaction does not occur,it is worth promoting.
