Contrast research between 64-slice spiral CT angiography and coronary angiography in diagnosis for coronary artery disease

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography on diagnosis for coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:To select 100 CAD patients performed 64-slice spiral CT angiography,and contrast analyze the results of 64-slice spiral CT angiography and coronary angiography.Results:Compared with coronary angiography regard as golden standard,the diagnosis sensitivity was 96.37%,specificity 96.14%,positive predictive value 95.88%,and negative predictive value 96.6% for 64-slice spiral CT angiography.Conclusion:As the non-intervention diagnosis method in coronary artery disease,the 64-slice spiral CT angiography is credible and should be popularized.
