UK's science innovation policy and its policy revelation to China

Abstract

The policy regulator of UK government regards that innovation includes a lot of intricate process of cycle in which paying attention to one aspect policy will fail.Thus,the UK government tried hard to build a multi-dimensional innovative network starting from idea generation and obtaining,knowledge transformation and digesting and public confidence to new technology.The article analyses the multi-dimensional innovative network of UK government,and puts forward guidance to Chinese science and technology policy.
