Adjustment and Innovation of the Public Policy in the View of the Scientific Concept of Development

The scientific concept of development is the introspection and revising of the traditional development way of our country,during the process of implementing scientific concept of development,the public policy system plays an essential role.So,the government should adjust and innovate the public policy which has been made under the guidance of the traditional concept of development and form the new public policy system,regarding people as the first important,coordinating in public interests,constant in basic demand.
