Clinical Application Research of Integrative Treatment for Angina Pectoris

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy on the treatment of angina pectoris with the self-made Huoxue Tongluo decoction and western medicine.Evaluate the clinical value of integrative medicine.Methods:Select 98 patients with angina pectoris.Randomly they were divided into two groups with each for 49 patients based on the method of number table.Among them,the control group was treated with western medicine such as aspirin.While the observation group was treated with self-made Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine treatment.Before and after treatment,observe the angina attack frequency and the duration in the two groups.Compare the efficacy of ECG.Evaluate the comprehensive efficiency.Results:After treatment,the patients' angina frequency and duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;What's more,the improvement effective rate of ECG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in in the control group.And the consolidated total effective rate in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group,which had a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:Integrative treatment for angina pectoris can significantly relieve the symptom.It is worthy of use in the clinical practice.
