Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine for the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 89 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group(45 patients) and the control group(54 patients).Patients of the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while patients of the observation group were given tongyang huazhuo soup made from Chinese herbs on the basis of the control group, angina attack frequency, duration,ECG changes, hemorheological indicators of both group were compared before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results After four weeks treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two group were 93.33% and 79.55% individually, and there was statistically significance between them(P0.05).Angina attack frequency and duration of both group improved significantly compared to pretreatment(P0.01),and the degree of improvement of the observation group was lager than that of the control group with statistically significance(P0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris, which can significantly reduce the number of episodes and duration of angina.
