Clinical observation of integrative medicine treatment of 69 cases of angina pectoris

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of integrative medicine treatment of angina pectoris. Methods: 138 patients with angina pectoris were divided into the control group( 69),treated by conventional western medicine and the observation group( 69),treated by the Yiqiyangyin Huayu Decoction and Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment. The symptoms,ECG efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared after treatment. Results: After the treatment,the symptoms efficacy rate of the observation group( 95. 65%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 85. 51%); The ECG efficacy rate of the observation group( 85. 51%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 70. 1%,( P 0. 05); The incidence rate of adverse reactions of observation group( 1. 45%) was significantly less than that of the control group( 11. 59%),( P 0. 01). Conclusion: The Integrative Medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris,can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and ECG, while significantly reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,fully embodies the Integrative the complementary advantage.
