Summary and Analysis of the Clinical Pharmacists Consultation in A Hospital from 2010 to 2013

Objective We summarized the consultation case of clinical pharmacists and analysised the trends of relevant indicators in our hospital,in order to providing references for our clinical pharmacists and peer in the future work.Methods Statisticsing the clinical consultation case from 2010 to 2013,the main indicators included:the number,form,purpose,distribution department,patient's age,the doctor's title and acceptance level of consultation opinion.Results The number increased obviously,the consultation type was mostly individual consultation that clinical department requested,consultation purpose was antibacterial drug problems,consultation of internal medicine department was more than surgery's,the primary and intermediate title were more,the patients' age was mostly over 60 years old,The acceptance rate of consultation opinion increased year by year.Conclusion The number,scope,acceptance rate increased year by year,the clinical doctors need clinical pharmacy to join in their theatment team very much,especially the doctors with lower title,but the content of the consultation is limited,we should pay attention to others drug consultations expect the antimicrobial agents,elderly patients and improve the ability of consultation further by studying continuously in the consultation and daily work.
