Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and salvianolic acid B in Qinggan Qinzhi capsule.METHODS An HPLC was adopted.Diamonsil C18 column(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(44:56)with column temperature 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.RESULTS The retention times of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 32 min and 21 min,respectively.The average recoveries of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 102.06%,RSD=1.7%(n=6) and 99.21%,RSD=2.0%(n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is feasible,rapid and accurate for the determination of baicalin and salvianolic acid B in Qinggan Qinzhi capsule.
