Establishing the clinical reportable range of complement C3 in Beckman Immage 800 special protein analyzer

Objective To establish the clinical reportable range of C3 in Beckman Immage 800 special protein analyzer and deal with a high value of C3.Methods By consulting the clinician for C3 highest concentration needed for clinical.Referring to NCCLS EP6-A evaluation protocols,we performed the validate experiments of analytical measurement rang and max dilution limit by Beckman Immage 800.Which results combining functional sensitivity would be established the clinical reportable range(CRR).Results The patulous analytical measurement range(AMR) of C3 in Beckman Immage 800 special protein analyzer was 5.83-12 600 mg/dL.The functional sensitivity was 5.83 mg/dL and the CRR was 5.83-12 600 mg/dL.Conclusion C3 CRR establishing results are reliable,guiding significance for clinical treatment of high concentration C3 specimens.
