Abstract
Tomato as test material, spraying three exogenous substances at the four-leaf and oneheart seedlings, ABA(10 mg· L-1), Ca Cl2(1 200 mg· L-1), SA(300 mg· L-1), after spraying 3 d material was put into the artificial climate chamber cold stress treatment(day/night: 10 ℃ /6 ℃), chilling injury index and the other indices were measured after low temperature for 5 d. The results showed that low temperature stress, tomato proline content increased, CAT activity, chloroplast membrane and thylakoid membrane ATP activity decreased. Spraying the three exogenous substances could ease the degree of chilling injury in tomato seedlings, and the chilling injury index decreased significantly, proline content,CAT activity, chloroplast membrane and thylakoid membrane ATP activity significantly increased.Among them, spraying Ca Cl2(1 200 mg· L-1) was the best.
