Analysis of 8282 pre-operation and pre-blood transfusion cases'infectious disease test

Objective To investigate the positive rates of HBV,HCV,HIV and Syphilis infections of pre-operation and pre-blood transfusion patients,prevent and avoid Nosocomial infectious disease,medical worker's occupational exposure and prevent medical dissension.Methods 8 282 cases before operation or transfusion were enrolled.HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-HIV were detected by ELISA method.At the same time,use TRUST titre and TPPA to conform Syphilis positive.Results HBsAg(+)6.70%,Syphilis(+)1.36%,HCV(+)1.64%,HIV(+)0.48%.Conclusion There are some positive rates about serum infected markers in cases before operation and transfusion.It's necessary to surveillance the infectious diseases among the pre-operation and clinic blood transfusion patients.
