Determination and analysis on serum infected makers of 3467 cases before transfusion

Objective To investigate the positive rates of HBV,HCV,HIV and syphilis infections of pre-operation and pre-blood transfusion patients and to know the status of infectious diseases before transfusion and operation for preventing and avoiding nosocomial infectious disease,medical worker's occupational exposure and preventing medical dissension.Methods 3 467 cases before transfusion and operation were enrolled.HBsAg anti-HCV and anti-HIV were detected by ELISE method.At the same time,using TRUST titre and TPPA to confom syphilis positive.Results HBsAg(+)14.74%,syplilis(+)2.11% by TRUST method and sypilis(+)1.90% by TPPA method,HCV(+)0.40%,HIV(+)0.09%.Conclusion Before this local blood transfusion,the patient blood serum four infectious targets have the positive rate of 0.09%-14.74%;the infection rate of hepatitis B virus,hepatitis C virus and syphilis is higher than that in other areas;the HIV infection rate is lower than that in other areas.
