Practice of the Reform of Talents Cultivation Model Served by Practice Training Base Construction of Higher Vocational Schools——The Case of Automobile Application Technology Specialty of Sichuan Transportation Vocational and Technical College

To combine training base construction with the reform of talents cultivating modes is an inevitable requirement for enhancing educational efficiency of higher vocational schools.In the process of constructing the practical training base,some different kinds of external factors mainly including the specialty orientation of the professional education objects,the production process of enterprises,the characteristics of industries and regions and production-learning-research combination should be considered adequately.Meanwhile,a lot of educational factors should be considered so as to do well in the internal planning and design of practice training base on campus such as students scale,teaching rules,skill training and ability transformation,etc.
