Abstract
Objective To prepare quercetin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles(QT-SLN).Methods The QT-SLN was prepared by emulsification at a high temperature and solidification at a low temperature. The optimum formu-lation and preparation technique of the QT-SLN were selected by uniform design with the entrapment efficiency as the evaluation parameter. Results The QT-SLN prepared in the optimized formulation was even and regular in appearance with particle diameter o(f203±75)nm and entrapment efficiency of 48.5%.Conclusion The optimized QT-SLN technique is stable and feasible.
