Abstract

Objective Percutaneous the diagnostic value of spiral CT in patient with gallbladder carcinoma. Methods up abdomen scan and gallbladder region thin slice scan and gallbladder MPR,analysis CT manifestation of gallbladder carcinoma.Results this paper reported 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma all comfirmed by histology,70% is adenocarcinoma.Conclusion it is easy of diagnosis gallbladder carcinoma by CT,but has limit in thickened wall cases,it is not high in diagnosis of early gallbladdler carcinoma.the problem of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed.
