According to the reform of English curriculum and the requirements in English Curriculum Standards for High School of Full-Time Compulsory Education, this paper reports on, on the basis of my teaching experience, the importance of quality education, the respect of the individuality of every student, the use of resoures of curriculum and the promotion of ways of practice.
