Abstract
A reserved-phase HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in Rhizoma Corydalis is built up.By using a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with mobile phase methanol-phosphate buffer(pH7.65,65∶35) and detected at wavelength of 281 nm,the average recoveries respectively for tetrahydropalmatine and protopine are 101.77 % and 97.93 %,RSD are 1.34 % and 1.18 %.
