Development of Fujian rural community education in urbanization

In urbanization,the rural community education undertakes dual tasks,to bring up new-type farmers and improve population quality.However,for the rural community education in Fujian Province,there still exist some problems which are as follows: understandings are yet to be profound and sufficient;the management system remain to be perfected;the education resources need to be integrated.Hence,according to analysis it is proposed the measures such as(1) to increase the publicity and foster the awareness of rural community education;(2) to strengthen vocational skills training under the guidance of the scientific conception of development;(3) taking flexible and practical short-term training as the major to perfect the patterns of rural community education;(4) to perfect management system and effectively integrate rural community education resource;(5) to specifically guide the steady increase of investment,so as to constantly improve farmers'quality and promote the steady development of rural community.
