STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF NURSING CARE ON BREAST CANCER TREATED WITH RADICALMASTECTOMY

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of health education on patients treated with radical mastectomy.Methods 126 cases of patients treated with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into the observation group(n=63) and the control group(n=63).Clinical nursing pathway was applied to the observation group and routine nursing care was given to the control group.The effect of clinical nursing care was observed and compared.Results There was significant difference in terms of the up-tostandard rate of health education,patients' satisfaction,compliance behavior and the duration of hospitalization between the two groups(P0.05).The incidence of mental disorder and complication was lower in observation group than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway provide to patients with radical mastectomy can effectively promote the quality of nursing care,patients' satisfaction and quality of life.
