Abstract

Objective:To investigate human papilloma virus (HPV) prevalence and HPV genotypes distribution in cervical cancer, and discuss the correlation of HPV genotypes and cancer types.Methods:HPV genotype analysis was performed through gene chip technique which could detect 23 genotypes of HPV in 200 cervical cancer, the infection rate of HPV and HPV genotype was calculated,and the relation of HPV genotypes and cancer types was discussed..Results:①A total of 94% cervical cancer cases were HPV infected positive. The HPV infection rate of squamous cancer and adencarcinoma was present 95.86% and 80.00% respectively, and there was a significant difference in these two types. ② 9 HPV genotypes were detected in 200 cases of cervical cancer, including HPV16, 18, 45, 33, 5, 59, 73, 31, 56. HPV16 (74%) was the most common type, the second was HPV18 (16.00%). In addition, 12.00% cervical cases were detected with double infection of HPV.Conclusion:HPV infection rate in squamous cancer is higher than that in adencarcinoma, but HPV genotypes distribution has no correlation with the cancer types. HPV genotypes are diversiform in cervical cancer tissue, all of which are high risk HPV, HPV16 and HPV18 are the most common type, HPV double infection could be found frequently.
