Abstract

Restorative justice produces and develops on the bases of traditional criminal justice in 70's of last century,and it becomes an important system which affects the traditional criminal procedure.Restorative justice can make up the weaknesses of traditional criminal procedure.It agrees with the idea of our country and the system and practice of criminal justice.It is necessary to adopt the restorative justice to increase access to justice and reduce crime.
