Abstract

There are many differeces between restorative justice and the traditional criminal justice.With restoration as its main feature,restorative justice is an informal criminal-dealing method which realizes restoration through restorative procedures. It provides us with a peaceful way to deal with criminal conflicts on the basis of conflict parties’ sufficient participation.Restorative justice has been well developed in many western countries and it is also meaningful to our country’s criminal jstice practice.
