Abstract
[Objective]To explore the intervention effect of community rehabilitation training on patients with early Alzheimer's disease( AD).[Methods]90 AD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,45 cases in each group. The control group was not given the rehabilitation training after discharge, and the intervention group received the comprehensive rehabilitation training after discharge. The cognitive function scores, quality of life and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.[Results]After one year of intervention, the scores of the Mini-mental state examination( MMSE), the Activity of daily living scale( ADL),the Wechsler memory scale( WMS) ? and the Cohen-Mansfield agitation inventory( CMAI) in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 01). The scores of life quality, viability, mental health, independence, social relation and environmental adaptation ability in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 05). The total effective rate in the intervention group( 86. 7%) was higher than that in the control group( 62. 2%) significantly( P 0. 01).[Conclusion]The comprehensive rehabilitation training can obviously reduce the cognitive dysfunction of patients with early AD,improve their life quality, and raise clinical curative effect.
