Several problems in the urban subject planning

Abstract
The urban subject planning has long been considered as the supplement to the general urban planning and neglected by planning authorities. Starting from the analysis of the problems in the urban construction, this paper discusses the contents of subject planning, analyzes its roles in the urban construction, and studies its establishment as well. The author appeals to the planning circle to pay more attention to the stage of the subject planning in order to perfect the system of the urban planning.
