Abstract
In view of the analysis of its formation,strategic enterprise alliance,an organization between market and business,reflects a new process to create value.Based on the value chain theory,this paper puts forward an enterprise innovation of strategic alliance by the analysis of organization expense and transmit cost.Then,a further discussion of its superiority-risk model is made,along with which the contributing factors and the construction of the strategic alliance is dealt with.
