Abstract
Strategic alliance is the effective organization form by means of which enterprise exists and develops in modern economy,and alliance social net is the important approach for enterprise's gain of resources.Taking enterprise strategic alliance social net as the study object,and socialization of enterprise economic conducts as background,making use of the value chain theory to analyze the forming and cooperation mechanism of enterprise strategic alliance social net,post the special competition advantage provided by social net,this paper discusses the connotation,characteristics of social net and basic condition of the formation of social net.
