Abstract

The college-graduate village official is the important strategic decision of the Party Central Committee,and the new measures in the new socialist countryside construction and innovation-type national construction,which adapts to the talent demand of new countryside construction,and opens up the new channel of solving the rural talent shortage.The internal and external factors hindering college-graduate village official serving grass roots are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of college students,village committee and villagers,government and management layer to fully play the more important role of college-graduate village official in new countryside construction.
