Abstract
Dispatching college graduate to holding posts in countryside has very important significance in strengthening the ruling ability of rural basic organization,promoting the rational flow of talents between urban area and countryside,expanding employment of college graduate.Being a new reform and attempt,some correlative system and related mechanism are difficultly established in time,and the idea will take time to be changed.Various problems in practice of college graduate village official are analyzed,and the solving measures are put forward,which is helpful to establish scientific and stable'College Graduate Village Official' system.
