Abstract
As an important part of grass-roots cadres,college-graduate village official is a political group that represents public interest.Providing vast peasantry with public service of high quality is the responsibility and duty that the country grants college-graduate village official.With the transformation of government function and the advancing of service-type government construction,reinforcing the construction of college-graduate village official's public service capacity is an important factor to grantee the realization of public service function of basic-level government.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of college-graduate village official and public service capability,this paper discusses the problems existed in the construction of college-graduate village official's public service capability and puts forward countermeasures on how to strengthen the construction of college-graduate village official's public service capability.
