Before the middle period of the Tang Dynasty,the traditional system of village officials was mainly a basic form of governance.As a statutory body of state power systemin China's history,there was relative stability.But in the middle of the Tang Dynasty village leaders of the organization were falling,there had been a big change in the system,It had gone from the system of viuage officials to the township level service systems.
