Reflections on the Employment Status of College Art Design Graduates

In recent years,college students difficult has increasingly become the focus of a societywide problem.As a special group of university students,the Art Design Graduates’ first employment rate is not optimistic.Based on the Art Design Students’ outlook survey in Shandong,as well as interviews with dozens of college guidance person in charge of employment and corporate human resources executives,the article analyzed the Art Design Graduate’ Employment Situation fully rational and objective,furthermore,developed four major constraints in the successful employment of graduates,and proposed appropriate recommendations and solutions.
