Employment Guidance for Graduates of Art Majors

In recent years,the problems of graduate employment are becoming severe in China.And the problem of art major graduates has especially draw more attation of our society.Because of the unique feature of the specialty,art major graduates will face more difficulties in the employment.Based on the whole employment situation of graduates,the problem of the process of ideololgical education and employment guidance is analyzed in this paper in order to explore the law of art major graduates employment and adapt them to the society.
