On the Factors of the Invalid Marriage in Our Country

Abstract

The invalid plays an important role in the system.It is the marriage that doesn't cause rights and obligations between the married people,for it doesn't have the important conditions of legal marriage.This thesis analyzes the articles about invalid in China.After studying the law of of other countries,and combining the practical condition of our country,the author puts forward some legislative suggestions.
