On China's Invalid Marriage System

Abstract
Invalid is the marriage that doesn't cause right and obligation between the married people because it doesn't bave the constituent required by legal marriage. In current stage, invalid that is still ubiquitous in our country result in extreme ill\|efect on client, family and society.Invalid system defined in new law fills the blank of legislation. Stepped from the comparative legislation, this article discusses deeply the constituent of the invalid system in our country and the legal consequence of the invalid marriage.
