Analysis on Invalid Marriage in the People's Republic of China

Abstract

Focusing on the content and legislative conditions of actual Invalid Marriage system,this essay analyzes the merits and defects of the Invalid Marriage system in our country on the basis of the amendment of Marriage Law of 2001 and the related judicial interpretations.In addition,it also puts forward some personal ideas and legislative proposals for the problems listed above in order to perfect the existing invalid marriage system.
