68 Cases' Clinieal Observation of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated by Sengyangyiwei Decoction Combined with Point Shenque Application

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome treated by Sengyang Yiwei decoction Combined with Point Shenque Application.Methods:deviding 128 patients 68 patients in study group treated with Sengyangyiwei decoction Combined with Point Shenque Application and 60 patients in the control group treated with conventional Western medicine.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The summation of clinical symptom before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed and clinical cure patients were followed up six months.Results:The total efficiency of study group was 88.2% and the control group was 66.7%.The effect of study group was more superior than that of the control group in clinical symptom after treatment,the difference was significant(P0.05).The recurrence rate of tudy group was 22.3% and the control group was 65%,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Sengyang Yiwei decoction Combined with Point Shenque Application has significant effect in treating the diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome and The low rate of relapse.
