Abstract

This paper reviews the existing cultivated land protection in the new situation and problems. Cultivated land protection is facing the difficulty of cultivated land protection of cultivated land protection, the per capita arable land decrease, the cultivated land supplement of small space and the quality of cultivated land continues to decline, from the administrative measures, economic measures and legal measures put forward the policy of cultivated land protection system needs to improve the countermeasures and suggestions.
