Abstract
This paper analyzes problems of quantity,quality,management in county-level cultivated land use and protection in order to promote rational utilization and protection of cultivated land,and proposes strict quantity control of cultivated land,strengthening of cultivated land quality protection,improvement of land management level,in the hope of providing a positive reference for nationwide county-level cultivated land utilization and protection.
