Renewal of the Concept on Administrative Permit and the Institutional Innovation

It's urgent and necessary for the reforming on administrative permit in china after china's accession to the WTO. The authors'opinion on the reforming on administrative permit is that we should put the renewal of traditional concept and the institutional innovation into effect at the same time .The institutional innovation embodies many aspects,such as adjusting the rang of administrative permit,improving the executing pattern of administrative permit ,consummating the procedure of administrative permit ,seting strict demands on establishing the project of administrative permit ,strengthening the mechanism of supervision of administrative permit.
