Abstract
Objective To study the changes of nailfold microcirculation and hemorrheology of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods We divided the patients into three groups:early, relieved and late stage according to the international standard of RA diagnosis,The changes of nailfold microcircula-tion and hemorrheology of each group were observed. Results The nailfold microcirculation and hemorrheology of three groups changed to diffierent extent. Conclusions There were microcirculation stasis and pathologic changes of hemorrheology in RA patients, and the tendency was that the longer the disease lasts, the more serious the pathologic changes were.
