Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of microcirculation and hemorrheology by Injection of Shenfu(SF)on patients with progressing and terminal tumor.Methods60patients suffered from progressing and terminal tumors were divided into two groups randomly.30patients in the control group received radiotherapy of2Gy five times a week for six weeks.30patients in the treatment group received radiotherapy as well as50ml SF therapy five times a week for six weeks.Nail microcirculation and hemorrheology were performed in all patients before and after the treatments respectively.Results The major manifestations of nailfold microcirculation in patients were cystiform blood vessels,slowing stream in capillary,aggregatlon,etc.The blood flow condition and total integral value in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P0.01).The patients had various abnormalities in hemorrheology.The levels of serum viscosity,aggregation rate of erythrocyte(RE)and fibrinogen(Fg)hightened.SF lessened the levels of blood viscosity,RE and Fg(P0.01)and then ameliorated the Hemorrheology.Conclusions SF can rectify the abnormality of microcirculation and hemorrheology in patients with progressing and terminal tumor.SF may be an effective avenue of prevention and cure of tumors.
